Brian's Thoughts
"In the second half when they equalised, they took over I'm afraid. We didn't play anywhere near as well as we did on Saturday, but sometimes it's hard to do that, particularly when you're not winning the games.
"Martinez, at 38, absolutely ran the show in the second half, but nobody went to deal with him.
"In the first half I didn't think we were in any danger to be honest. Then after the break they stepped it up, which we knew they would, and we had to be grateful for a point in the end.
"We've just got to keep working and get rid of the stupid mistakes. All we need to do is win a scrappy game, defend like hell for the second half and scrape it 1-0, we've got enough scrappers in the side. That's what people have to do at times, but we can't seem to do that, we always have someone who'll make a mistake.
"It's happened before on set pieces this season, but we're quite a big side and things like that shouldn't be happening so often, but unfortunately they are. It's almost unacceptable that such an experienced defender can lose his man in the six yard box and he gets a free header.
"People have been giving me so many games, but the owners have said nothing like that to me at the moment.
"I have been trying to get another forward in, but it's hard trying to get strikers in at this time.
"I was disappointed by our midfield players tonight, I thought they were super on Saturday but tonight they were overrun a little bit.
"The crowd have been fine over the last couple of games and I've said that to the players that it can't be the crowd making them shrink, but one or two didn't do as well as they should do."
