Keith reacts to the Barnet victory
"It was a much needed win. I was disappointed to lose at Stockport - we let in in two sloppy goals which meant we were chasing the game and after the players couldn't train yesterday because of the weather I was delighted with the performance today.
"The home form is extremely important. The supporters haven't had a lot to cheer about and it's key that we've changed that and have started to win home games. We knew what Barnet were about - they had a great win the other day and I felt that we were in control from start to finish.
"I told Danny (Thomas) before the game that he was due a goal. He has a lot of good possession and makes good runs but sometimes doesn't produce that final cross or shot and then today he pops up with a header which was a vital goal at an important time in the game.
"We looked a bit sloppy in the first 15 or 20 minutes but after that we were on top and it was an even better win when you see how the other results have gone for us.
"We all know that this is a good football team - they've been that all season. What they have been lacking is maybe a bit of organisation and that's not having a go at anyone in particular but they all know now what is expected of them and what their role on the pitch is. Defensively we looked very solid, Tolley and Dunny in the middle are doing well and the forwards are working hard which is all I can ask.
"The second goal when you're in front is always vital and today the goals came at perfect times. If you look at the Stockport game we conceded very early in both halves and against any opposition that's making it far too hard for yourselves.
"It was another great finish from Franny and as I keep saying I've known him since he was a teenager and he's got all the ability in the world. What he needs to do is make sure he applies himself in every game and if he does that then he shouldn't be playing in this division. I've worked with him enough in the past and he knows what I want. He knows that you have to keep on at him because if you don't then he gets lazy and doesn't do what he's good at which is scoring goals.
"When we looked at the two fixtures over this weekend we'd probably have been happy with two draws against two good sides. We lost on Friday but got three points today so I don't think there can be too many complaints about that.
"There needs to be a will to win at any level of football and I felt that to a man we were excellent today.
"Gareth (Evans) had a good game and as a centre forward he has to learn that he's going to get kicked and knocked about. I felt in the first few games he was knocked off the ball a little easy and he's a strong lad so he has to expect defenders to be physical and come through him at times. That's where you earn your free kicks though and as long as the delivery is decent then you've got a chance of scoring.
"Barnet will probably say we were physical but in this division it's all about being physically strong and playing your football in their half once you've won your battles. Barnet tried to knock us out of our stride at times as we were up to that and well deserved the win.
"I've been working in this divison for a long time and I know what's required and with the players we have here we should be doing far better than where we are in the league.
"Accrington will be tough next week and they're a team who can put a few goals past you if you're not on your game and we won't be over confident. We'll have a look at a few reports, watch a video of them then once we've seen if we've taken any knocks from today then we'll pick the team accordingly.
"Obviously now they are all big games - all it takes is for someone to put a little run together and we're back down in trouble so we need to keep picking up points so we'll be out for another win on Saturday.
"It's not for me to say if I'll still be here if we stay up. I came here for 12 games and obviously then we'll have a look at things at the end of the season. I'm never one for letting people down if I can help it - I was out of work when they came in for me and I've got a job of keeping this club in the league. If I can do that then I'll be disappointed if they don't sit down and talk to me."
