A busy week of transfer activity at the Moss Rose continued apace with the news this afternoon that Andrew Teague had joined Blue Square North side Tamworth. The defender has put pen to paper on an initial one month deal and will be hoping to feature in Tamworth's home game with Solihull Motors on Saturday.

"Andy has great potential but clearly his progress in the game has been hampered by the awful injury he sustained against Stockport over twelve months ago," said boss Ian Brightwell. "Whilst he is back to fitness what he doesn't have is any matches under his belt. So we felt it best to get him a loan deal so he can come back stronger and fitter. The Bluq Square North is a good level of football and I am sure he will enjoy his time at Tamworth under Gary Mills who has a lot of experience in the game having played under Brian Clough."
